Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at luminaraluxe@gmail.com. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

ORDER FULFILLMENT:

Your order is in line for its magical makeover! Give us 3-5 business days to sprinkle shipping fairy dust. For extra enchantment during promos, it might take 7-10 days. Expect a UPS Ground or USPS Priority journey. Sorry, no Express spells for our handmade goodies!

Orders that contain a different address than the billing address may be reviewed, in which case the customer will be contacted. This may delay the shipping time.

SHIPPING RATES: 

Free shipping on orders $85.00+, except when we are partying with promos! USPS rates:  Address + order weight = shipping symphony. 

DAMAGES & OTHER ISSUES:


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Although we take care in packing your order, rough handling during transit can occur. As we use USPS Priority Mail, your package is insured. While we can't control USPS handling, we're here to help. If items arrive damaged, we'll assist you by filing a USPS claim and replacing the items. Kindly send us photos of the damage at info@luminaraluxe.com

WRONG ADDRESS:

If you've provided the incorrect 'Ship-To' Address, it's possible that you submit a request to https://www.usps.com/manage/package-intercept.htm
Oopsie-doodle alert! If your package takes a detour to a wrong address dance party (courtesy of an oopsie from you), let us know pronto. We'll try to play address detective before it's too late! But hey, during the shipping hustle-bustle, once the package boogies out, it's got moves we can't control.
